Traditional tiling remains the right choice for customers who have a particular tile, pattern or overall design in mind. It gives us the flexibility to work with different formats, colours and feature areas to create a bathroom that feels more individual.

Removal of the existing bathroom and disposal of standard bathroom waste.

For some bathrooms, wall panels are not the look the customer wants. If you have a specific tile style, pattern or feature area in mind, a traditionally tiled bathroom gives the greatest freedom to build the room around that design.

Make the tile layout part of the design

Tile size, colour, grout, layout and where feature areas start and stop all affect the finished room. We can discuss the look you want during the Free Home Visit and make sure the proposed specification reflects the room rather than treating the tiles as an afterthought.

The final Quote depends on room size, existing condition, preparation required, tile choice, layout, pattern, feature areas, bathroom products and any additional specialist work.

Starting prices apply to suitable bathrooms of approximately 4m² or less, under standard conditions and with a broadly retained layout. Complex patterns, specialist tiles and significant preparation can increase the price. Your final specification and price are confirmed following your Free Home Visit in your Bathroom Proposal & Fixed Quote.

Do tiled bathrooms cost more than wall-panel bathrooms?

They usually involve more preparation and labour, which is why our tiled route starts higher.

Can I have feature tiles or patterns?

Yes. Feature areas and more complex patterns can be priced as part of the final specification.

Do you waterproof shower areas?

We prepare wet areas appropriately for the agreed installation and room specification.

Can you help with tile layout and grout colour?

Yes. These details can be discussed before the final specification is confirmed.

What does the £5,495 starting price assume
